Frequently asked questions.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We are now accepting walk-ins every day we are open on a first-come, first-served basis. We still accept appointments for larger tattoo projects during the week! Weekday walk-ins start around 3pm after the artists have finished their morning appointments, and Saturdays are always walk-ins only from 12pm - 9pm!

Do you do Piercings?

We are not currently offering piercings as a service, but we do have a store with plenty of body jewelry for your already healed piercings so you can shop locally rather than online!

Who should I book with for a Fine Line tattoo?

All of our artists are well qualified to do a fine line tattoo for you! You can also try for a walk-in if what you are wanting is smaller and doesn’t justify a whole appointment block.

How much will my tattoo cost?

To provide an accurate quote for your tattoo, we require an in-person consultation with your artist. This allows them to understand your vision and possibly sketch out some initial designs. Our shop minimum for any tattoo is $100, and prices can vary depending on the complexity and size of the design. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide quotes over the phone or Internet. Thank you for considering us for your tattoo needs. If you want to speak with an artist you can swing by during walk-in hours to chat with one of them!

I want to book an appointment, now what?

Well the good news is you are already in the right place! When you know which artist you would like to book an appointment with you can pop on over to the appointments tab and see their schedule and book with them!

What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

Reschedule Policy: We require a 48-hour advance notice to reschedule your tattoo and move your deposit with it. If you do not give us at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited to cover the artist's time, and you will be required to put down a new deposit to book a new appointment time.

Cancelation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. We can reschedule you within the policy guidelines as mentioned above, however, if you cancel your appointment, or do not show up to your appointment time, the deposit goes to the artist to cover the time and materials spent preparing for this appointment.

A deposit will be forfeited in full in the case of:

  • Not appearing for your appointment

  • Canceling or Rescheduling without 48hr notice

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment

  • Arriving at an appointment with a sunburn (we can not tattoo over sunburnt skin.)

  • Arriving at a scheduled appointment without state or government-issued photo ID.

This is my first tattoo, what should I know before coming to my appointment?

First of all, congratulations! We look forward to working with you to create your first living art piece! That being said, here are a few things to think about before arriving at our doors.
Come Prepared: Make sure you have your state-issued I.D. with you, we can’t touch you without it.

Health: If you have a cold or other illness, don’t get your tattoo yet. Reschedule when you have had time to heal up completely. If you are on antibiotics we recommend waiting until 2 weeks after your last dose, that way your body has had time to recover, and your tattoo has its best chance to heal properly. The same with injuries, we only have one body, and if you have a big injury your body is trying to heal, it’s going to ignore something superficial like a tattoo, leading to slower healing time, ink loss, and a higher risk of infection. We don’t want that, and we know you don’t either!

Along those same lines, we always recommend that you eat a light meal about 30 minutes before your appointment if you can, and as in most cases, proper hydration is key!

Pain: Ah, the age-old question, “did that hurt?” and the usual answer is yes, but not so much that you can’t handle it. If you are sensitive to pain, we recommend avoiding caffeine for up to 24 hours before your appointment, because believe it or not, it can make our skin more sensitive. Some people like to take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen or something similar to help take the edge off the pain as well, but for the most part, getting a tattoo will be uncomfortable, and pinch a bit, but you can do it. In all our years of experience, it is extremely rare that someone can’t handle a tattoo.

I just got a tattoo, what should I do for Aftercare?

The best thing you can do for your tattoo is to let your body take charge of its natural healing abilities. Keep it clean and dry, by washing twice a day with your fingertips, not a rag, and an antibacterial hand soap like Dial, rinse well and pat dry with a clean paper towel. that’s it! After about three days if it starts to feel tight and uncomfortable, a few drops of an unscented hand lotion is okay, just no ointments or creams, makeup, or anything like that. Just keep it clean and dry!
